This manual contains two parts. Only the first (chapt. 1) is necessary to run the code as black box. To understand the structure of the program which results from historically grown parts and to be able to work with details of the code the second part is a prerequisite. This second part (chapt. 2) comprises a short description of the previous Quantum Monte-Carlo program which traces back to ECKSTEIN and was designed for atoms and bulk solids. Essential parts of that version entered the new version generalized for surfaces, phonons and electron-phonon interaction.
