Short description of the program: QMC

This is the updated documentation of the original QMC program. The name of a modul, i.e. a file with a collection of logically connected FORTRAN subroutines, is abbreviated by (boldface) letters as e.g. ,,gsahga``. A new modul is given within parenthesis ,,[...]``. It comprises the functionality of the old modul which might have been further extended and might involve further explanations presented in chapt. 1.7.

As not all of the older original files were tested at portation to the T3E, respective original make files as Makefile.eck, Makeapp.eck, Makedefault.eck for a make -f of these modules (missing the prefix `hr') are included. They are tested on SUN with Solaris.
